Colour Your World With Gratitude, This Christmas

A big hello to my dear and cherished bloggers and friends here at WordPress. I have immensely missed you all after a year, or so, hiatus from blogging.

I wanted to take this time, this Christmas evening, to wish you a very blessed, joyous and unforgettable Christmas celebration with your family members, friends, and colleagues both near and far – and across the miles.

It has been quite some time since my last blog post of 2016.  I wanted to let you all know how deeply grateful I am that you have taken the time to stop by and that your chats and conversations here with me at Brendaline Blogs are of quite the friendly, engaging and empathetic nature, wrapped up in a special fragrance of kind-heartedness.

A big, bright hello to Sofia Velikora of Sofia Siberia’s blog, Jason of Opinionated Man blog, Kally of Middle Me, Julia of Defeat Despair and Ivon Prefontaine of Teacher as Transformer — for making my visits and conversations on the blogosphere the most interesting and engaging ones from the inception of my budding blogging days.

A special shout out to the former blogger and Ireland-Australian musician, Rohan Healy, for his kind, upbeat and engaging former blog – Rohan 7 Things – where music, his travels and family musician adventures, along with general everyday topics, where discussed.  I definitely miss Rohan’s presence and creative writings here at WordPress and wish him nothing but continued success in your musical and future writing projects with your immensely talented family of musicians and illustrator artists.

The holidays are a special time to remember and give honour to those near and dear to your hearts and to spend those quality moments with them. I hope that you have such people in your life and pray that you be blessed with souls that bring upliftment, cheer, love and support into your life.

I am most grateful for my health and well-being. This past couple of years have seen its sets of challenges and yet, overcoming physical health issues by way of Plantar Fasciitis, Restless Leg Syndrome and moderate Insomnia has been quite the blessing in the turn-around year 2017 for me.

I encourage all my dear readers to keep a gratitude journal or loose-leaf binder of reflections and introspections, to remember any five highlights and moments of each day that makes for a worthwhile and a deep, abiding treasure in your heart and life. The act of penning my handwritten gratitude from my heart and day’s reflections – be it the simple pleasure of quiet early morning solitude before the dawning light to the spending of quality time with your family members or loved ones during the holiday season.

At this time, I want to take a moment or two to wish you the very best of a New Year 2018. I declare that 2018 would be a year where you are more creative in your pursuits and endeavours, more deliberate in your actions, more joyous in your heart and more grateful in your soul.

I pray for health, wholeness and wellness be yours, prosperity and provision, renewed and new friendships, partnerships, and collaborations. I wish a special blessing over your decision-making and heart in deciding in forging ahead to new grounds, new territories, new visions, and new beginnings.

Continued happiness, love, and cheer be yours. And all the blessings and brightness of Shalom, Peace.
